At the age of 17, I was sitting in the halls of the Court in T\u00e2rgu Secuiesc, my hometown, listening to \u00a0trials. They were about divorces, agricultural issues, I didn’t understand much, but I still followed my call to law.<\/p>\n
I finished the university in 2005, at Babes-Bolyai, General Law division, and immediately afterwards I enrolled for a master’s degree in Administrative and European Law at the same faculty.<\/p>\n
My professional experience started in 2006 in Sf\u00e2ntu-Gheorghe and after 8 months there, \u00a0I was offered the position of legal project manager in a Phare project within the National Agency of Civil Servants and I came to Bucharest.<\/p>\n
In 2008 I joined the Bar, I entered directly as a definitive lawyer, having already two years of experience in the position of legal advisor I became a lawyer in the Italian company, Tonucci & Partners.<\/p>\n
Then came six years at the multinationals Zentiva & Sanofi, one of the most beautiful professional periods, in which I realized many projects within the group internationally, spending a lot of time in Paris and Prague.<\/p>\n
In 2015 I left for the OTP banking group, and in the Factoring part of the group, I completed my knowledge in the field of banking law and enforcement.<\/p>\n
In 2017, in the summer, I became a partner at Neam\u021bu and Associates, during which time I also collaborated with the company Iridex Group and then with CTA Focus, a company known in the field of clinical trials.<\/p>\n
I opened my own company in 2018, having several requests from clients and legal entities, with which I still collaborate, in all areas of civil and commercial law, both nationally and internationally.<\/p>\n
